Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a cutting-edge therapy that harnesses the power of your body's own healing mechanisms.
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is an advanced medical technique that utilizes a patient's own blood components to stimulate natural healing. PRF is derived from a small sample of your blood and contains a concentrated mixture of platelets, growth factors, and white blood cells.
The process is completed through the following steps:
1. Blood Collection: A small amount of your blood is drawn, typically from your arm, using a sterile technique.
2. Centrifugation: The collected blood is then placed in a centrifuge, which spins it at a specific speed to separate its components.
3. PRF Preparation: After centrifugation, the PRF, a gel-like substance rich in platelets and growth factors, is extracted.
4. Application: The PRF is then carefully applied to the treatment area, where it promotes tissue repair, regeneration, and accelerated healing.
The Benefits of PRF:
Natural Healing: PRF uses your body's own resources, reducing the risk of allergic reactions or rejection.
Versatility: PRF has a wide range of applications, from dental procedures and orthopedic treatments to skin rejuvenation and hair restoration.
Faster Recovery: PRF promotes quicker recovery times after surgeries or injuries.
Minimal Side Effects: PRF is safe and minimizes the risk of complications.
PRF may be suitable for individuals seeking natural and effective solutions for various medical and aesthetic concerns. Consult with a healthcare professional to determine if PRF is the right treatment option for your specific needs.
Treatment Areas: Facial Rejuvenation including under the eyes, scalp for hair loss, and used in combination with microneedling
